As you say it is very much addictive and it took me sometime to be cured 

But to be fair it is realy fun and i enjoyed it very much.

Here in Europe farmers are the most oversubsidized and overproducing category
Milk, meat, chickens, pigs
We do not really  have room to grow things profitably and even so farmers are paid in a lay dormant program for not planting anything on a piece of land
The milk is so abundant that farmers are not even getting costprise anymore whilst the supermarkets are the ones to make the gains

I refuse to get involved with Farmville.
I have little enough time as it is, I don't need any more time on the computer.

As for farmers, here in Aus they are always pleading poverty, but they always have new Landcruisers.

Those games on farcebook are most decidedly annoying and I have blocked any and all applications related to them.  I have gone as far as blocking invites from certain family members that seemingly have nothing better to do than spam with that garbahge.

Somebody invited me two years ago and I said NO
The system keeps sending invites automatically every two months which
go automatically in the Norton waste bin. The person apologized for
the inconvenience

I AM PRICING A CHAIR LIFT FOR MY BASEMENT STAIRS BECAUSE I HAVE REPLACE KNEES AND HIPS AS WELL AS NEUROPATHY---WHICH EFFECTS MY BALANCE---IF I CAN GET A DOCTOR'S SCRIPT SAYING I NEED ONE THE COMPANY WILL WAVE THE STATE TAXES WHICH IS 6% ON THE OVERALL PRICE
