This dish was given to my grandmother "She was the wife of the Egyptian Embassador" after WWII as a gift from The Mayer of Zurich celebrating a 100 years Aniversary. The Dish has a serial number (3565) and is made of silver. The 5 Schillings Silver coin is placed as the bottom of the silver dish
She then gave it to me as my wedding gift, Thanks Grandma

as far as i know this is a coin, not a medallion, if you have any info about this coin i'll be very happy to hear b/c this is all i have
