The club medals come out once a year.  Unfortunately you missed the ordering period for the 2019 Witches.  However you are a member of KotCT now.  The medals for 2020 will be the topic of discussion in their won thread which Gluggo created.  You can see it just below this topic in the Medallion Quest heading.

As for the 2019 Witches members sometimes order extras so watch for a reply from one of them.  Also check sites like Ebay for them being offered for sale.
