Royal Mint seems to be doing this series in two different ways.

The bullion series which started in 2016 and the coins are 2 ounces.  Three have been released.  Lion, Griffin, and Red Dragon.   Royal Mint sells these on their bullion site.

On the Royal Mint site, they are selling a series that started in 2017 with the Dragon and Unicorn coins so far.
