Trick Bite Coin
March 23, 2015, 04:25:54 PM
Recently my youngest daughter has been interested in magic tricks.  I bought this trick quarter the other day on amazon. I am still working on the slight of hand to switch a real quarter to this one, and then switch it back.  When preformed right, it will look like a bite is taken out of a quarter provided by someone, and then it is restored by spitting the piece back on to the quarter.  It will probably be a couple weeks before I'm ready to show her.  Here is David Blaine doing the quarter bite trick:

That clip is from an old show, if you haven't seen some of his magic, it is pretty interesting. Check out some of the other clips of him on youtube.

And here are some pics of the fake quarter:

I have never posted anything on youtube, but if I do, you will be the first to know. It will be a while before I show anybody this one, it has to look like it is done with someone else's quarter. That's going to take some practice to look real.
