Well it is 10am New Years day here in Brisbane and have put a leg of lamb on the Barbie for lunch....yum.

It's just after 10am here in the west now, and I have 3 rolled turkeys and a rolled pork in the Weber.
The smell is driving me mad and the crackling looks amazing. This will feed us for a few days, not just today.

There ya go Steve.....rubbing it in. Now at 11 AM (Mon) it's minus 5 F (minus 20.5 C) and for now, we don't have to pay for refrigeration or air conditioning..... it's nice and cool.
