Congratulations on your trip, you should have not much of a problem getting a visa, unlike us. I like travelling around the world, but hate coming back to the USA because of all the hassles going through immigration with dual citizenships.
I like to travel to other countries, too, even if I am just 16 years old.. I guess it's just an advantage to live in the heart of Europe, so I was able to visit Denmark, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Austria several times and I am going to have skiing holidays in 2 days in Austria. So having a trip to another continent will definitely be very exciting..
My school always receives one Visa per year, so it is only possible to give one student the opportunity to spend a year abroad.. In my class (30 students) there are 2 other good friends of mine who would like to go to Florida for half a year, and in the other 3 classes with students in my age there are also something like 5 in total, so it will be difficult to get this visa.. To find hosters in Florida where I will visit my partner school won't be complicated at all, said my teacher, so all I need is a bit more luck
