Silver Bullion Countries?

I saw an advertisement yesterday for a set of bullion coins called the Big 12 and I am trying to figure out who those twelve are? Anyone know who does annual silver bullion coins (38 to 40mm) that I have missed on my list below? If they are not silver dollar size then who would be doing something smaller?

I am not sure if they were referring to 12 countries or 12 silver dollar sized bullion coins but as you can see I am short either way? What am I missing here?

There is a lot of people peddling the smallest gold coins of the world at 0.5 to zero grams of gold
They offer them single and per 100 and per complete collection in a wooden box costing more then the coins

I have seen very suspicous silver sets as well .

The French Hercules silver coin is obtainable at melt cause there were so many made

Crazily enough I bought it for much less than bullion, it was in a job lot of common more recent foreign coins.  I don't think the seller realized it was silver.

before the year 2001 i was not much of a collector , I was a pure investor
so I kept two 500 franc coins I thought were silver
turns out that they are nickel and the real silver ones never were in circulation

A few years back I acually was bidding on a Mongolian silver coin with Genghis Khan on it!!! Of course an Ebay sniper got it!!! Haven't seen one since!
Does South Africa still do a silver Kruggerand? That may be another of the big 12 coins?

I vaguely recall seeing some silver Krugerrands somewhere.  Coincidentally two Krugerrands are the gold coins I have owned the longest, from when I was a kid.

Since I was 12 my grandfather gave me a St Gaudens Double Eagle every year till I was 21
Sadly I sold them all in 1980 cause I needed the money for as much downpayment on a house as I could get
I kept some 20 francs I had copperpolished as a kid , they retoned nicely and they are obtainable at meltvalue anyway

If this advertisment was in Europe I would presume a rip off with extremely small medals
or VF silver coins from 12 countries ( the EU started with 12 I think and I saw a set advertised from the EU founding countries )

When I got the Krugerrands they were worth $650 each, expensive back then.  They sat in a safe deposit box from ca. 1981 until about 2003 when I found them.  Only in the past couple of years are they worth more than was paid for them.  Same for the Mexican 2 Pesos of 1945 which I have had all the while.

I sold a load of $20 coins about 13-14 years ago when I didn't work for a year.  I miss them sometimes, but I think the coins I have now are better.

I only learned grading 7 years ago
Before that there was a grade the money exchangers accepted and a grade they did not accept ( cutoff losely around good XF)
That what they did not accept got 95% of melt as melting charges ( I am sure they never remelted but sold at an extra 5% profit)

So I may have sold an MS 68 Eagle to a bank . But what you don't know you don't miss

I have done a little digging on the "Fabulous 12" and have found the offer includes coins that are NOT one ounce bullion coins. They threw in a few silver euro commemoratives which they claim are "MUST HAVES" to come up with a count of 12. (One Russian commemorative as well). Put them in a nice wooden display case and charge about $600.00!!! Believe I will have to pass on this one!
