Help needed re CV for Olympic Prestige Proof sets please

Is anyone able to help me out (info required for a work colleague) re the CV for the following USA sets please:

1. 1983 Olympic Prestige Proof set, and

1. 1984 Olypmic coin collection (doesn't state whether this is a proof or mint set)

I don't have the current value information right now but do know the 83 and 84 Olympics were made in both uncirculated and proof and were offered in different combinations. Hopefully someone else will have the values for you.
