Thank you guys

I was invited on a BBQ by my brother and so I had no controll over the food

We had really old black olives with a drink

and then a rare Tbone steak with white aparagus and Bearnaise sauce with a 12 year old red Rioja wine

last my favourate desert Baba au Rhum

I returned early to console my English cocker spaniel  with the rest of the tbone steak

Tomorrow I am invited in an Italian restaurant with gambas diavolo and calf kidneys
two of my favourate dishes
with Champagne and italian wines

Gambas are saltwater giant prawns nearly allways sold with the head attached the best kind are black tiger gambas
this in contrast with the cheap scampis which are softwater giant prawns but are tasteles and therefore smothered
in a strong sauce

Diavolo means develish sauce
It is a sauce made on the basis of small red peppers and can be hot as hell
