Not even summer here in Perth yet and today it was nearly 40C.
Too hot to even go out and do anything. I hope this isn't an indication
of what's to come for summer.

Certainly cooled it down somewhat.

Try and stay cool Nancy. I have lost 21kg since the beginning of last summer, so I'm hoping I can cope with it better this year.
