To get a more complete picture of your home energy use, taking all factors into account. Add up you electric bill for 12 months and divide by 12. This will give you a monthly average specific to your home. I realize this is not very complicated or time consuming, with no outside use of contractors and subcontractors, but this is the best way. And if it makes you feel any better you can PM me and I will give you my info so that you can send the $125 to me.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

And with the efficiency rating of your home being a 7 or below (10 point scale), you'll be fined by the DOE for not achieving a 9 or better. Big Brother is alive and very active these days.

In Belgium you need an energy "passport" to be able to sell your house
Some dude makes some insulation measurement and calculates your liable
for like $200.00
On the other hand with the subsidies for solar panels gone that market just was
destroyed overnight

It is in theory an independant inc like the ones I worked for
They sometimes also do elevators and lifting equipment and tank safety inspections
they do ships and quality and environment and safety labels etc
But for enough money they are probably all influencable
lets say a 500 000 dollar survey
The most independant have the nasty habit of failing you and making you pay a second
time for a second try at qualifictation  ???

Privatized government services are a joke.
Your still paying for government employees
to pretend they're watching the store.   >:(

I got a letter from the bank saying there are new sepa rules
and I have to declare weather I have any connection with the USA

provided are examples
like I worked there
or I got a telephone number there
or I got an investment counselor there
etc

those that declare yes will get a second questionnaire

It looks like somebody took a lot of trouble not to invade privacy
and still get answers to the question they have
Does any money go there or is there

Why don't they just ask the NSA?  ;D

Because Obamaroo is cumming into Brussels Belgium with two airplanes and 45 vehicles and squads of safety people to brownnose the EU aristocrats and apologizing for the NSA
and the local press already said he is not bringing is lightning deflector woman who stays
safely at home so he is prepared to take it on all alone

Maybe he can promise the Belgian film nominated for the Oscars will win.
The Broken Circle Breakdown is a fantastic film with country music and hate for the
american presidents decision on embryo cloning and hate for the stupid popes on the use
of condoms. It is about a 7 year old girl that dies because of lack of cancer treatment and the mother tries to commit suicide but bogs it and they have to pull the plug on the heart and lung machine. The music is outstanding
