Severe Hail Storm.

On this date, April 14, 1999, a severe hail storm hit Sydney, Australia causing a $2.4 Billion loss in damages. This is concidered the worst natural catastrophe in Australia's history. Anyone remembers this?

Sure do even though I am in Brisbane.

Many more to remember as well.....like the Brisbane floods, cyclone Yasi, bushfires in Victoria, we seems to have had it bad over the last 10 years.

But other countries have had worse......we are the lucky country.

Those hail storms are no fun. we had a severe one here in Perth about three years ago.
Lots of cheap cars on the market afterwards with little dents all over them.
