Going OFF line until......
August 16, 2009, 03:20:45 AM
I will be going off line for a period of time to replace my computer. Knowing me and my techical abilities it could be a few hours or a few days. Until I return take care of the castle and one another. It is your sworn oath in this realm which we call home. There are a great number of Knights and Knightessess here to help you should you develop a problem. See you all soon I hope. (fingers crossed)

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, my book will probably go to print in the upcoming week but I still do NOT know the release date. I am working on a contest for the first SIGNED book to go to a KOTCT member but have not worked out the rules as of this date. Got to be something I can dream up? ;D

Terry, I am not generally a reader of fiction, but I hope I get the first copy of the book to read, contest or not. Just because you are a fellow knight in this castle, every other book that I am reading at that time will be put aside so I can read your novel. Extremely looking forward to the book!!!  :)  :)  :)

Vista will be obsolete by next year ; so I would pay for a downgrade to XP
Most Vista users are no happy campers
If you have XP right now you can use Norton Ghost to copy your entire old computer to your new computer ( that is all working programs included)
This way you avoid to pay for Word and Exell etc again

Where I am going I ain't certain
Where I am going I don't know
All I know is that I'am on my way

Paint Your Wagon I have already downgraded to XP when ordering the computer. Of course I ALREADY paid for Word and Excel but I do thank you for the advice. As you can see I still have not started my set up of the new computer. Guess I am dragging my feet a bit on the change over?

Nighthawk you are a massive reader of fiction but just don't realize it. You also watch it and listen to it! If you read newspapers, watch TV news or listen to the radio you are being fed fiction every day. If everything we are fed is NOT the absolute truth then it would be lies disguised as truth. I would venture to say we can find MORE truth in most fictions than we can on the evening news. We humans tend to lean towards acceptance of things we are taught or told on any given day and if it fits our perception of what the truth is then we accept it and go on. Many times the truth can only be told by proclaiming it as fiction and entertainment. In this way the seed of thought can be planted. Real change comes very hard, one step at a time!  With that said I will see that you get a book one way or another!  ;)

Terry, I don't believe any of the BS they try to pass off as "news" from any media outlet of any kind. The only news I get is from a glance at the local newspaper. I have'nt seen a TV news broadcast in years. I don't even have cable anymore. Could'nt stand it! However, I like to read older historical accounts from history, as I find these are best. Later historical writings I believe are "sanitized" with the same kind of BS people watch on the news or see in movies.  :)

Nighthawk and Templar I will make sure you get a signed copy when they reach my hands. I do know they are now taking orders online as of this week but I am still in the dark about the official release date. I do hope all of you will take the time to give the book a review online after you read it and do keep in mind it is a fiction! You can also request the book at your favorite book store and I would appreciate it very much if EVERYONE would ask Walmart to stock the book. One order from them would move me to the top payout on my contract as they order in bulk for all their stores!!! (at least thats my understanding at this time). Going to start the second in the series as soon as my new computer is up and running! Can't keep a good conspiracy down!
