I will validate what Terry is sharing, because I am here doing business with lots of these sellers here in Donets'k Ukraine. I can go into large box stores and buy practically everything, but these sellers go literally out of their way to make a sale - first class service. If they don't have something you want and need they will literally run out of their store and go find it at a competitors store and bring it back for you. They look out for you and their competitors. It is an interesting concept they all look out for one another and bend over backwards to make the sale. It is a concept that is lost in American business now, which is sad.
One thing when you buy something, they will verify it is working or suitable before they will even sell it. They would be shamed by a return.
