Free $100 Bills Cause Highway Havoc

A black pickup truck sped up the fast lane of Interstate 5 near San Diego Thursday afternoon, followed by police cruisers with their sirens blaring.

At several points during the chase, the passenger inside the pickup threw fistfuls of $20 and $100 bills out of the window — and all hell broke loose on the highway.
