Great looking coin, I have a number of bi-metallic coins from Somalia including one for the sinking of the "Titanic".

I wonder what authority claiming to represent Somalia initiates these NCLT issues?  They still don't have an internationally recognized government, and it is a pretty lawless place.  Ethiopia invaded awhile back this year, but only controlled part of the country, the rest of it is warlord controlled.
