I AM SURE BY NOW IF YOU TURNED ON THE NEWS YOU HAVE HEARD ABOUT THE LATEST CASE WHERE SOMEONE JUST DECIDED TO ARM HIMSELF AND SHOOT UP A SCHOOL-------DEATH COUNT IS AT 28 WITH 20 OF THEM BEING LITTLE CHILDREN.........OUR GOVERNMENT HAS SEEN FIT TO CUT SO MANY PROGRAMS THAT USED TO OFFER FREE COUNSULING AND MEDS AND FORLLOW UPS---NOW WITH THE GENERAL LACK OF FUNDING MANY ARE NOT GETTING HELP AT ALL.......PLEASE TAKE TIME TODAY TO HUG OR CONTACT YOUR KIDS AND TELL THEM HOW MUCH THEY MEAN TO YOU AND SAY A LITTLE PRAYER FOR THE FAMILIES INVOLVED INCLUDING THE SHOOTERS FAMILY.................

It is way past time to actually start punishing criminals and testing for mental illness with a plan to keep them out of society.
