Adam unable to post

Adam has emailed me and said he is unable to post on the forum so if one of you with the power could help our friend out I would greatly appreciate it. Who should we contact when there is a tec probblem? Also what would you all think of us haveing an off site e-mail or something to contact when we are have probblems, becouse when something is wrong we really have no way that I know of to tell some one.
