Templer........are you real sure this is 'Mother's day'?

I was always under the impression that it came in early March of each year, or nine months after Father day in June! So now which is correct, March or May?

LET ME SEE IF I CAN FIX THE CONFUSION........THE EASTER BUNNY COMES IN SPRING.........MOTHER'S DAY IS IN MAY......FATHER'S DAY USUALLY COMES AFTER A BENDER LIKE NEW YEAR' S  EVE.......SANTA BRINGS MOTHER A GIFT TO HELP FATHER GAIN FORGIVENESS....THE TOOTH FAIRY......WELL THAT COMES LATER......AFTER THE MISUNDERSTANDING ON ST. PATRICK'S DAY...THE GROUND HOG.......DOESN'T MATTER EXCEPT THAT THERE ISN'T MUCH TO DO WITH SIX MORE WEEKS OF WINTER IF YOU DON'T READ EXCEPT..WELL YOU KNOW....PLAY AROUND AND THAT PUTS MOTHER'S DAY PAST THANKSGIVING AND FATHER ISN'T THE ONLY TURKEY THAT GETS COOKED...........AND THAT'S MY STORY AND I'M STUCK TO IT.....

Well......it was Mothers Day here in OZ yesterday (Sunday 9th May) so HAPPY MOTHERS DAY

Just in time for Mother's day.........It's Time to go to School
One early morning, a lady went in to wake up her son. "Wake up, son. It's time to go to school!"
Son: "But why Mom? I don't want to go."
Mom: "Give me two reasons why you don't want to go."
Son: "Well, the kids hate me for one, and the teachers hate me, too!"
Mom: "Oh, that's no reason to not to go to school. Come on now and get ready."
Son: "Give me two reasons why I should go to school."
Mom: "Well, for one, you're 52 years old. And for another, you're the Principal!"

Yeah, and those guys are leading the schools in the U S, if not the 'Gimme more money' unions. I live in central Minnesota and you won't believe the waste of education money....Tall polished granite monuments saying, "Welcome to xxx University", or a new entrance to a tech school of polished copper and an adjoining wrought iron fenced in waterfall. I've been in construction many yrs and this "Job" took 3 1/2 months to complete where it should have taken only 3 weeks at the most. I guess it's all for the chill-dren and skool stewdints, so I shouldn't complain.
