I need the following NZ 5¢'s to complete my collection. 1973, 1978, 1980, 1998 & 2004. I doubt that there are any 2004's around, but if anyone does have any spares of any of the above, I sure would appreciate a trade, offer to sell to me or whatever.
I'm open to any offers of assistance.

I've got 78 & 98, maybe someone else has more variety in dates?
-
OOOHHHH!! Lovely. 2 down, only 2 more (or maybe 3) to go & it's a complete set.
I can send you a 1956 NZ 3D, and a 1964 NZ 6d as trade for those two.
-
I've got an '64 6d, but I don't have an '56 3d. But that works. :D
-
Nancy, I think I have a spare 1980. Sorry, I'm still looking for the 73 as well. As for the 2004 - only have the 1.
-
I have a couple of spare 1978, but it looks like Kitty has taken care of you.
Anyone else need a 1978 or 1975?
-
Tobyle, I'll take the 1980 if you don't mind and if I ever get a spare 73, it's yours!
Did you get the 2004 from circulation? From the NZ catalogue I've got, only 48,000 went into circulation so I figured it would be very hard to find.
I wonder what they did with the other 14,952,000l they minted.

Nevol,
I got the 2004 5c along with the 2005 10c through the offer from NZ Post and the NZ Numismatic society.
I'll pop the '80 in the post next days off.

One mighty big melting pot ?????????

Tobyle, Yeah, melting pot for sure.
2004 5¢ - Minted 15 Mill - Issued 48,000
2005 10¢ - Minted 2 Mill - Issued 28,000
2005 20¢ - Minted 4 Mill - Issued 178,000
2005 50¢ - Minted 1 Mill - Issued 503,800
So there were plenty leftovers for that melting pot.
Well done getting the 2004 5¢ & 2005 10¢. Did they offer the 2005 20¢ & 50¢? Did you get them?
Thanks for the 1980 5¢. I'm going to start on the NZ 10¢ soon, get them organised so I can auction off all the spares for the forum. I don't have any where near as many of them as I had of the 5¢.
-
Elle, Your 3d & 6d are on their way. Thanks very much for trading. :D :D
-
No, Nancy, they only offered the 5c and 10c.
I think I have a spare '87 10c. Are you going to - or have you been collecting the 1c and 2c? If so, don't have ant spare 1's, but do have a few spare 2c if you need any. If you are needing any 2c, let me know so I can see which spare ones I have.

Ms. Nevol, I'll get your package out this Saturday. (It's Thursday for me here in Texas.) :)
-
Nancy, how about I send you any spare NZ coins I have and whatever you don't want, you can add to the trade list.

Anna, That's a great suggestion. We can kill 2 birds with one stone, so to speak. :D
I have a fair few 1¢ 2¢, probably more than I have of 10¢.
I seem to have scads of 20¢, but it's most likely they just take up more pages 'cos they're bigger that makes them appear more prolific.
The 5¢ auction ends on Sunday morning (our time) and I hope to have to 10¢'s auction up within a day or 2.
-
Nancy, hopefully I'll get a chance today to go through them - unfortunately I haven't yet got mine as organised as you have :-[
-
Hey, it's only the 5¢ & 10¢ that I've got organised.
You should see my Aussie stuff. Coins everywhere, in Albums, folders, bags, bowls, envelopes, plastic containers stashed all over the place.
I have just recently got most of my US coins sorted & put some into folders. I'm expecting some more folders soon, so when they arrive, they will take a bit of time to get squared away.
Then, the really BIG job will start, getting my Aust errors into order & listing them all.
