Title: First Foreign (to me) coin found in the cash register 2019

There are times when foreign coins wind up in the cash register, usually from countries that share borders or within the continent...but there are exceptions;

I was informed that this was a 5 Rupee from Pakistan...quite a travel to The U.S.A.

The 1964 Lincoln Cent was also found in the same roll of cents, included for size comparison.
