Here is one of my favorites of the Queen's Maundy from 1852.

Very nice coin.....I have not seen these coins with the 4 corners missing before.
But then I do not know a lot about the Maundy coins......always learning.
Thanks for displaying them.

Yes I like the maundy coins and that one is lovely, they're a bit expensive out here but then what isn't lol.
I think it's in a holder Barry, that's if your talking about the little bits of plastic you can see.
When your wandering around at the next anda coin show as some of the dealers if they have maundy coins and some will give you a strange look but there's a few that will have a few sets ;) I find I have to ask for errors and maundy and then the dealer will get them out if they have any other wise they don't really display them.

Yes Barry, it is one of those American NGC holders. When I had the images taken, they could only do it while still in the holder. Here is a pretty set of 1916 George V.

I think Barry is, what we call downunder, pulling the piss.
I other words he is just trying to be funny.
Voyageur, one of the members of Aussie coin forum is
selling his collection and he has many Maundy coins if
you are interested. He is also a member here and on
CCF. Goes by the name Trout or Pommystockman on
Ebay.

Thanks for the information Steve. Now I know why Barry uses:
"Experience enables you to recognise a mistake when you make it a again" ;D

I like the Maundy Money too... here's one that I sold awhile back that had some colorful toning.

Beautiful set.

Thank you Barry ~ I thought you might like it and as you probably know, 1954 is a difficult year to find with all 4 corners still attached.... ;D
