A Policeman pulls a car over for having a dog on the front seat of his car.
As the Policeman approached the vehicle, he notices the driver smacking the dog over the head.
The Policeman asked him why he was hitting the dog..
The driver replies, "The little bugger’s just eaten my registration sticker."
