Thanks for posting this Ken.
I have not heard of WINS before now. :)

I am also a member of WINS (World Internet Numismatic Society (http://www.winsociety.org/) but as yet my medal has not arrived.
Looks so good I can hardly wait.
I collect medals from Numismatic clubs (mainly Australian and New Zealand) and have a large collection including a few duplicates.

That is an awesome club medal design. I love the use of the pillar dollar on the medal. Are there any tokens left for sale through the WINS club?
-
No idea, visit the link that humpybong posted and join up.
Once you are member, send an email to the list and ask.

I think they were made to order and you had to pay up front. They may have had a few extra, you would have to ask.

Thank you for the information. I tried to use the link on the WINS website to join, but it was not working. They did have instructions to forward new member information to the Operations Admin, so I sent my member information to his email. Hopefully I will hear from him in the next few days.

My membership application was accepted, and the Operations Admin JD replied to my email. Still waiting on approval to send to the list, but JD said he would get back to me about the medal. I think I understand the list, but maybe you guys can shed a little more light on it. Does the group do most of their communication by sending mass emails through a server to everyone who is signed up on the list?

I would like join too but I am not 18 yet.
-
Yes, WINS runs via email list server.
So you receive email messages when someone posts and you reply back via email.
