I heard about this but never encountered it
There is some kind of interaction between the note and the scanner which stops
printing afterwards
I wonder what a photo would do
Anyway you probably can get a scan marked as such from the mint

I have never had any problems copying banknotes.
Maybe I don't have any new enough notes or my
scanner does not have that technology. :)

I remember reading a long time
ago that the new scanners sold in the U.S
would not be able to scan bank notes. Apparently
it was Secret Service thing.

For 40$ you can buy a multiscanner program that prints
Free to try ( or to use bittorents to try a free try without trying to try if you get my drift since it is a real scandal you have to pay now NOT to use the shit they sold you expensively in the first place and it is even
more outrageous that win 8 calls the USofA gestapo each time you use your bank or whatever they are interested in )
Belgium now voted a law to collect all telephone calls and emails and internet traffic and keep it for one year
obligatory to all providers. Freedom is gone ; we have to get used to be cyberslaves

There is a move going around trying to brainwash europeans in calling the NSA the enemy of all euro states

The EU has been on the edge for several
years now. There's no way I'm going believe
the eastern bloc kraut isn't spying  on Germans
as much as NSA is. NSA probaby has all kinds
of dirt on EU politicians and their own spying
policies. They can turn this all into one big
circus.  They probably will.  :o

After win8 now intel joins the NO privacy crowd
The new chip has a seperate computer in it that can be turned on remotely even if the computer is switched off and access all data

The tit for tat just started
The germans and french launched a no more bank data ban against the USA
It was adopted unanimous
The new american ambassador in germany has been called to kneel before Merkel
