?? = seems this site is not symbol friendly

				Please explain! :-\

			-
				It's quite evident....no explanation needed!

Okay this site does not like the UK pound symbol and therefore strips all text all the pound symbol.
Here is the post without the pound symbols.
The Royal Mint appears to have decided to copy the Royal Canadian Mint and offer a 20 for 20 coin.

They are also offering free shipping for orders over 45.
3 per household, UK only offer

?? = seems this site is not symbol friendly
When I put my comment in this morning. all I saw of Ken's post was "??",
that's why I asked for an explanation, but he must have been posting at the time I viewed it.
Now I understand.

			-
I should have checked that the post actually went up correctly.

I posted 5 hours after Steve did and all I saw was  ??.

			-
Since my post had UK pound symbol in it, the system did not take the post.
I did not notice until today.

??? Question, do the key boards you  guys use have the UK pound symbol on it? I know our keyboards have the dollar sing on them.

			-
Yes, we do as well as the dollar sign (and a euro symbol - forget how to type that one in).

Took me a while to get used to the UK keyboard when I moved to the UK in 1998 from the US.

Testing - posting a pound symbol from the character map -
Edit: it didn't like that, the symbol disappeared.

			-
Not only does the symbol disappear, any text after it goes as well.
