I have been seeing the US Mint offer various sets over the years and this year for the first time I decided to buy the set.
I already own a proof American Eagle coin and a I have a bullion version as well.
This set has an American Eagle Silver Reverse Proof Coin and a enhanced American Eagle Silver Uncirculated Coin both minted as West Point.
Shipping date for the order is not until the end of Sept, which means after the set's brief layover in Rhode Island, I will probably be seeing the set around Christmas time.
In the meantime, I will be getting a burnished American Eagle, so in the future I will have one of each type of American Eagle made.

Ordering window has closed.
Right now they are saying 251,695 sets were sold.

I guess that would be a low mintage, as far as U.S coins go. :)

New updated figures show 281,310 but this will change due to returns and cancellations.

The ship date for my set keeps on getting changed.

My set finally shipped and it is currently on its ways to my folks house in Rhode Island (FedEx says it is in Massachusetts right now).
I will not have the set until October when my folks come over for a visit.
No updated mintage figures for it yet. Hearing about folks cancelling their orders because of the delays in shipping out the orders.

I hope they are worth the wait, when you get them. :)
