-
Nice selection of items you picked up, Joe.
Shame that 1930 penny is not an Aussie one,
they're worth a lot of money.

I picked up this Canadian Olympic Quarter Collection (2007-2010) which includes 15 different uncirculated commemorative quarters, plus 2 "Loonie" dollar coins. ;D
-
Also picked up some nice paper from the Commercial Bank of Buffalo, N.Y. ;D
The 1 Dollar note is dated June 1, 1836 and the 2 Dollar note is dated August 1835.
Both notes are signed by the same cashier. ;D

Lastly I bought 2 pieces of Jade from a coin/antiquities dealer. I did not own any Jade before this time. The first piece (the Buddha) measures 4.5cm X 5cm and was made between 1850 & 1920 A.D. ;D
The 2nd piece measures 4.5cm X 6cm and is from the Shang Dynasty of China (1600 - 1046 B.C.) or possibly slightly earlier, making this piece 3,500 - 4,000 years old!!! ;D
This 2nd piece is currently now the oldest artifact in my collection!!
I AM A HAPPY CAMPER!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Looks like you did well, John.
I like that Canadian set.
I'm quite partial to Canadian coins.
Do you get many Canadian coins in your change, being so close to the border?
If so, we might be able to organise a trade, if your interested.
