Title: We are under attack!

In the last month we have had 115 try's at knocking down the castle gates.

50 of these hackers have tried in the last few days.   There IP addresses have been added to the ban list but they still keep coming (many from China).

All of you must ensure your computers have anti-virus and firewall protection to safeguard your own systems.

I have for the moment 30 different IP adresses in USA and UK
for 39 dollars a year
I got a harware and a software firewall and a good virus program
I think KOTCT is too small to raise intrest for a denial of service attack
Those hackers must be small fry because if they spoke English they could register  ???

Some (but not all) have registered but I have rejected them.

Count of tries now up to 60 in last 24 hours.  Many of these have had multiple tries at breaking our security using the same IP address.

One has tried 3392 times another 1360.  Must be machine driven.

Most others have tried 1 or 2 times many others have tried more but our castle door is still holding.

TKO has given us great protection.

Everytime I see Guests in our Users Online list, I check them out to see if they are known spammers or known trojan sites.  If they are I add them to the Ban List.

The count of IP addresses on ban list over last couple of days now stands at 103.

Total IP addresses in ban list now at 165.  Some of these are know trojan sites.

TKO must have made the drawbridge out of metal.

Barry, I have a list of spammers IP's from The Aussie Coin Forum.  Want a copy? Probably between 250 - 300 after I weed out duplicates.

Edit: There are 320 left out of 705 that I started with. I recorded them between 1 Nov 2012 - 27 Jan 2013.

I also have a list of Guest Spammers, a further 96 IP's recorded at the same time.

Thanks Nancy...but I look online each time for spammers as well as IP that send trojans to sites.
