I am not so good with grading but i think if its luster has the cart weal appearance then i would say BU .... lets see what other members will say

My estimation is MS-62. The 'roughness' on the obverse between 11 and 1 oclock on the hole's rim is normal for this coin.

I was wondering about that 'roughness'. Thanks for the info.
