I DON'T KNOW IF I MENTIONED IT BUT JUST THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS I WAS GETTING OUT OF BED EARLY IN THE MORNING AND WHILE SITTING ON THE EDGE OF THE BED DECIDING TO GET UP OR LAY BACK DOWN, I WAS RUDLY INTERUPTED BY THE PRINCIPLE OF GRAVITY---NOW I HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY BALANCE FOR ALMOST A YEAR ANYWAY SO THIS WAS NOT A TOTAL SUPRISE----BUT I FELL FORWARD --HIT MY RIGHT SHOULDER ON THE NIGHT STAND---MY HEAD HIT THE WALL --AND MY LEFT ANKLE GOT CAUGHT IN THE SHEET AND THERE WAS A CRACKING NOISE AS I HIT THE CARPET---THE FIRST THING THAT CAME TO MY MIND WAS THE NUMBERS 911-----BUT THEN AFTER A FEW MINUTES I WAS ABLE TO EXTRACT MY ANKLE FROM THE SHEET AND ABLE TO GET TO THE FOOT DOCTOR---I HAVE TWO FRACTURES AND A CAST TO WEAR UNTIL THIS WEEK---IF THERE IS NO SIGN OF MENDING THEN HE IS GOING TO OPERATE AND PUT SOME SCREWS IN TO HOLD THE SLIT TOGETHER AND IT WILL BE ABOUT 4 WEEKS OF NOT WALKING ON THAT FOOT---THIS COMES AS MICHIGAN GOES INTO ITS WINTER OF ICE AND SNOW-------IF YOU SAY ANY PRAYERS MAKE THEM FOR MY DEAR WIFE----I AM GOING TO OWE HER BIG TIME ---THANKS FOR LISTENING---WILL KEEP YOU UP TO DATE.............

Hi Joe, you did mention that you busted your foot, but didn't say how.
I hope you didn't put too bigger hole in the wall with your head LOL.
I hope you will be like new soon.

Yes you did mention the foot, but it sure did take you a long time to come up with a believable story to go with it. :o I'm still thinking your wife did it to you. ;D I do understand though, I usually use "the dog tripped me" ;D . If you stay in bed for 4 weeks you sure will owe someone big, like the credit card company. Every day your wife will need to run out for a few thing ::) and will be back in just a few, hours ;D ;D Only jocking, most of us could not make it without a good woman. I'm sure she will take good care of you. Get better soon. You will be in our prayers.
