WELL I FINALLY DID IT-----I WITH A FRIEND BY THE NAME OF STAN SHARED A TABLE AT A COIN CLUB SHOW--------WHAT AN EXPERIENCE----TOGETHER WE HAD NEVER ACTED AS DEALERS AND IT IS UNIQUE BEING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TABLE-----IT WAS LONG ----TIRING ---BUT A LOT OF FUN EVEN THOUGH WE TOOK A LOT OF RIBBING FROM OTHER CLUB MEMBERS AND DEALERS----NIGHTHAWK WHO IS A MEMBER OF THE SAME CLUB---MOST SUPPORTIVE TELLING BUYERS THERE ARE A COUPLE OF EASY SUCKERS IN THE SECOND ROOM---"EASY PICKINGS" I BELIEVE WERE HIS EXACT WORDS..........IN THE END STAN AND I MADE ABOUT $700 EACH---NOT BAD FOR BEGINNERS IN A POOR ECONOMY -----WAY IN OVER OUR HEADS.........IF ANY OF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN A DEALER AT A SHOW YOU HAVE MISSED QUITE AN EXPERIENCE......AND AGAIN A SPECIAL THANKS TO NIGHTHAWK FOR ALL HIS "HELP"................

This is a very interesting experience that i sure would like to try ... do you have pics for you at the show?

Two yrs ago I shared a table at our club's semi-annual coin show. I noticed that items over $50 didn't sell. (mainly foreign silver proof sets). The items that did sell were rolls of the U S 1943 cent (steel), a few Unc 1967 Canadian $1 coins (Goose), and low priced coins. There are 65K people in the city and we had good attendance.
