Thought I would start this to see how many would be interested in being included for a Secret Santa this year.
Gifts would be around the $10 mark.
Post here if interested and if we have enough participants I would be happy to set it up and manage it.

Lets assume my Secret Santa gift is waiting at home. I have been in Mexico since the 14th and don't expect to be be back home until mid Jan.

Oh yes....you've been 'suffering' in Mexico under the warm sun while we in the northern climes in the U S are now cool at +5 F (-15 C). Our expected low tonight is predicted to be -12 F (-25 C). But we really should feel 'sorry' for Steve in Perth......it's still around +80 F (+27 C) around 4 AM in the morning on New Year's day.....AND no air conditioning!

We have just been through our hottest heatwave since 1942.
Should officially end today, with temp only expecting to reach 33c.
Next two days will be in the 20s. Phew, am I glad that's over.

11:30 PM C T (central time) in upper U S on Monday, 12-31-12 and it's -5 F (-21 C). Now in Perth at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, 1-1-13, it's 88 F (33 C). I think yesterday (Sunday) Perth had a 104 F (40 C).......a little too hot for me. In February 1996, we had a -43 F (-42 C). Can anyone in Aussie Land comprehend that temp?

A lot too hot for me.
They do get snow in the mountains, in the eastern states, but I don't know if it gets down to those temps.

Nice 8) Ask Arm what the map is of. It looks like a map of Paul's Journeys, but Paul lived in the time of the New Testament. I do notice that it looks like they read from right to left.

First i would like to say that this has nothing to do with the secret santa gift exchange as i am not your secret santa.

Second, the two markers arent placed in a special page its just were they were placed when i got the Holly book.... no special phrase or page i am marking ;)

No Sir, the Holly book is Both the New and Old Testament (The Bible and the Torah) together plus Paul's messages.

Finally my Secret Santa gift made its way to me.
I received my SS gift from templar and its clear now why it took this very long time to reach me.
Joe wrote in my address Gaza instead of Giza.
Only one letter changed but it sent the gift to another country :)
Giza (Were the Pyramids are) is in Egypt but Gaza is in Palestine :)
The funny thing is that when you track the package on the USPS site, it says that it is in Chicago :D :D :D I love the post office service :)
Now to the goodies that Joe sent me ;)
First is a card with my name on for the Northwest Detroit Coin Club and a couple of post cards for Michigan, one in winter and the other with a Wolverine on it.
Second is a handbook for the Top 50 most popular modern coins in US.

I LOVE THEM :)
Now i have only 11 holes to fill in my Dansco and i hope i will complete this set by the end of this year.
