Title: Altered Half Dollar

Today's effort I am still learning the art of plating metals and it is an art. the wrong voltage and everything goes to hell. I should have enough gold on the ring I found detecting to experiment for a year or two.
Anyway here is a Kennedy Half Dollar cut for a pendant. I need to dip it in Acetone to get rid of the last of the latex mask.

That looks real nice, but I bet it looks nicer in hand.
