Just wondering......... how do you good folks down under make kangaroo chips? I found these at a dollar store. Mine are flavored zesty cheddar. What other flavors do they come in?    ;D  ;D  ;D

-
				I like banana chips.

-
So do I. But what I'd really like to know is what part of the kangaroo is used to make kangaroo chips?   ???

-
I dunno, but hopefully not the former contents of this:

-
The pouch I can understand. But what's the ink pen for? Is it to write an expiration date on the contents of the pouch? LOL   ;D  ;D  ;D

-
OK you got my attention  ???  Some ones got to explain the Kangaroo chips. No explanation necessary for the scrotum pouch.  ;D

Not kangaroo.....it is just a brand to catch you blokes out.

 :D    :D    :D

Can't say I've ever seen them here in OZ.  Probably made somewhere in Asia.  Like Humpy said, a gimmicky brand name to get people to buy them.  Looks like it worked eh?  ::)

100% positive there's no Kangaroo in them, although Kangaroo meat is sold here at Supermarkets and some Butcher shops, along with Crocodile and Emu meat.   :o

I saw an item in the news a few nights back about a supermarket in Gt Britain selling Grey Squirrels in the meat section, said to taste a bit like Rabbit.   ;)

Belgium is having new cooking programs on TV where the jury is two cooks with two and three stars in the Michelin guide . The contestants are ex tennis players and singers and actors etc even an ex miss belgium

The other day they showed a complete calf brain for " cooking " it was so disgusting that I was glad the candidate that was allowed to choose went for the crocodile  ;D

Another delicacy ( yuck ) is the balls of a bull ; looked like cooked in the oven . But bluish white shiny  ???

The lack of basic knowledge of these hobby cooks was amazing
None could make a Bearnaise sauce ( they all bought them in glass bocal  :D )
and only a few knew how to clean a fish and take the filets off the bone

I have heard of the scrotum pouch, but have never seen one for sale.
Neither have I seen Kangaroo chips.

When I was growing up Grey Squirrel was a favorite dish here in the hills. Not so much now. Not a lot of folks hunting any more and also the squirrels have got used to humans and come down around houses for food now days.
