Title: 10,000 francs anyone?
Post by: NoHope587 on May 19, 2010, 12:30:45 AM
I have a crisp uncirculated 10,000 CFA (Central African Franc) note.
Picked this up on a trip to the Congo. Its hard to find nice currency in Africa usually the notes get grubby very fast.

Exchange rate puts it at Just over $19 face

Asking $20 Shipped (anywhere)
Paypal (if you cover fees or Gift option) Checks or MO's or even cash.

Unc is what I need, PLMK if you have anymore of these "ladies" notes - I collect them of course and well, the African notes are difficult to get.

Thankyou nohope.
Please let me know what the total would be via paypal including fees - (don't think we have the 'gift' function here) - plus postage.

Anna, It is available, after you put in the destination and the amount, look for the "personal" Tab (to the right of the "Purchase" tab), click on it and when the box changes, choose the type of payment, (gift, money owed etc) click on continue, the next box will have a little check-box ticked that displays "I will pay the fee". It should tell you that Richard will receive $XXX, then just finish the transaction in the normal way.   ;)
