It is with great pleasure I announce Templar has accepted the position of U.S. Moderator for the Knights of the Coin Table forum. I hope everyone will welcome him to our global moderator staff.
For those members who may be relatively new to our forum we have moderators and administrators as listed below. These Knights and Knightesses play a major role in the decision making process which involves all of us here in Castle KOTCT.
Merlin.............Administrator/Magician/Sorcerer/Wizard...seldom heard, never seen!
Twoshadows---Administrator/Moderator
TKO-------------Administrator
Templar--------U.S. Moderator
Nevol.............Aussie Moderator
Humpybong....Aussie Moderator
Old Dan.........U.S. Master Collector
Paint Your Wagon...European Master Collector
ElleKitty........U.S. Master Collector
Longnine.......U.S. Master Collector
Edix..............U.S. Master Collector
NoHope.........U.S. Master Collector
I would also like to announce a new position in our forum---KNIGHT EXCALIBER which has been commissioned for the first time to our CoinCrusader, Gary Burke.
I do believe this should bring us up to date with our news! One other thing I might mention is the fact the 2009 Medallions are DONE and now enroute to Indiana for final distribution to our members. THE DRAGON IS COMING!

Good job Joe! They picked the right man for the job. :) Now I understand what an administrator and a moderator are, but what defines the title of "Master Collector?" What is the criteria? Length of years collecting coins? A persons age? A college degree? Knowledge of numismatics? Knowing the right people? Just an explanation please of how one becomes a "Master Collector" here in the castle. ???

It has been so long since we set things up I will have to do a bit of double checking with TKO. More than likely its a combination of things, including time here in the castle or perhaps the amount of gold and silver you send to the administrators. I will check into it before you start sending your collection my way! ;D

I vaguely remember one had to have started under bobby and susan and be moved to a corner as unworthy and then when the chief knight was banned ; moved with him into exile on yahoo . Then one had to find this castle and reapply for the same knight number.
The one aussie coin had to be sent to Merlin for inspection together with 11 others
half silver and half gold ........ If they were found worthy one was accepted as a master distributor . It helps to have a low knight number . ;D
Since nobody can recreate this journey ( booby and/or sussan would throw a fit and we don't want to kill somebody unintentionaly do we ? ) we may have to apply a formula like twoshadows suggests . ;)

Congratulations Joe,
I still have your little man on horse back beside me here on the desk.
He continues to remind me of our aims and ambitions.
Good luck, muckeye & Gizmo........
