Anyone have any info on this coin?
It appears to have the date over stamped and has a second rim around it.
Have supplied pic of 2002 for comparison.

Wow, that coin is awesome Steve! Looks to be an overpunched date or something like it. I'm not an expert on error coins though. Sorry.  :)
