I understand that the only way to get a single Roo is from either of the two baby sets, or Weding set ?

The PROOF version of the MOR will be available in the 2010 year Proof set, the Baby proof set and the Wedding set.

The unc version will be in the Year unc mint set

The 2010 Baby mint set will have the Blinky Bill dollar.
