WHILE LOOKING THROUGH THE LISTS OF QUESTIONS/SUGGESTIONS/ANSWERS AND COMMENTS---I CAME ACROSS A SECTION ENTITLED "KOTCT HISTORY"----WELL I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE IT???---DO WE HAVE A WRITTEN HISTORY OR DOES IT EXIST IN THE MINDS OF A FEW GREAT PEOPLE???
IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME HOW TO ACCESS THIS INFORMATION I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT--UNLESS OF COURSE---KNOWLEDGE OF THIS MATERIAL CARRIES A DEATH PENALTY---IN THAT CASE FORGET I ASKED!

A written history of KOTCT does exist.
Several months ago, TKO told me how to access it. I have since forgotten. Perhaps TKO will read this, and then repeat the instructions for Templar as well as anyone else interested.

LOL. No, it doe exist, or at least did. I'm not sure where it is anymore either though.

Yes Templar the KOTCT history does exsist! While many of the things you mentioned does NOT exsist, such as Harry Potter, there are a great many things in this world that are much more than just folk lore!!! ;D All those stories had to come from somewhere and I suspect there are those who do not want us to know!!!
Now as for the KOTCT History it has been so long since I ventured there I will have to see if I can get through that door. Some of the doors in this old castle tend to rust up at times. I will keep you posted should I still hold the magick key!

or just click on "KOTCT HISTORY" on the bar at the top of the screen, same bar where you find "LOGOUT" etc.

I/We are very glad you feel that way Templar. We original founders, as you call them, wanted a home where everyone was equal ALL the time. While it sometimes seems to take for ever to make a decision everyone is given time to have their say.
We, in our humble beginning, accidently took over a forum or two. The Knights and Knightesses were very active and requests or information to join our ranks filled the pages. This did NOT sit well with forum owners who had their own agenda. Bluntly put our members got censored or banned before we finally got the boot. Ironically I had the inside view on one of them as I was a moderator who got a full view of what was going on behind the scenes. I never one time voted to censor or ban anyone. Guess it is my calling to stand up for equal rights and fairness?
A few of us were ridiculed, slandered and literally "called out" for the fight but we held our tongues and walked away long before the banishment. This castle we have built is not about making money even though we all know, from time to time, it does take money. Other than that you have seen the end results of our efforts and it will continue as long as members such as you come forward to join us. Together we have done things that the world told us could not be done. The medallions are a repeated feat that major coin clubs CANNOT do without charging $70, $80 or over $100 for one of their limited edition silver medallions.
Its about sharing our passion for coins and the joy of having friends all over the world. It doesn't get any better than that!

And I might add the fact our moderators have less work than the Maytag repairman. Its a lonely job moderating people who respect other cultures, governments,religions and politics. We have tried to provide opportunities where one could talk on any subject and we all know some subjects can set off a firestorm so amazingly our Knights and Knightesses hold to a very strict set of values which is unequalled on the internet! We all have found a very safe haven and WE ALL continue to make every effort to keep it that way. All for one and one for all!

I agree with Two Shadows....as a moderator I feel like I am unemployed. Not much to do here because all knights and knightesses are true gentlemen and ladies.
It is great to be associated with such a great bunch of people.
