Title: Best, Worst Statehood Quarters
Post by: CoinCrusader42 on December 14, 2008, 08:21:32 AM: Now that the last Statehood Quarter has been minted, I would be curious to see what our members feel are the best and the worst of the bunch.

Here's my opinion, and I would like to see others.

Best
1. Nevada
2. Rhode Island
3. Alaska
4. Nebraska
5. Colorado

Worst
50. New Hampshire
49. Mississippi
48. Michigan
47. Texas
46. New Mexico

Post by: longnine009 on December 16, 2008, 04:40:31 AM: My favorites are New Jersey, Pennsylvania , and Alaska and Delware. I sorted them out last week and those are the only ones I'm keeping. Everything else has been consigned to laundry money. My least favorite is Maryland.

Favorites; Alaska, Nebraska, North Dakota, Mass.(they kept the gun on it) and Nevada

Worst; Indiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, Mississippi and Illinois.

I had a look at the new 2009 designs for the District of Columbia and the five US Territories and there sure are some attractive ones in those.

I'll have to get the 6 new ones next year & am still missing some of the 2008 issues, but I'll eventually complete the set.

I agree with the worst. And Nevada is one of my favorites too.

Pretty good best five picks! I have a couple changes I probably would have made in your worst five though.
