Title: German Parzival silver medal
Post by: edix on October 15, 2008, 10:04:53 AM
A seller from Austria is offering the medal depicted below. It appears to be part of a series of medals commemorating German Gods and Heroes during the 1980s. Does anyone here have any more information about it?
Thanx!

I found it was part of a 15 medal set in bronze and silver:

Sir Edix:

The Right Side of the Medal resembles the Obverse of 5-D.M. German Museum commemorative rare coin issued in 1952 by then West Germany.
I do not find the word Parzival in my German Dictionary.
