Title: Sleepy gas?

Glenn Beck has an ideal. Install sleeping gas pipes in the white house and house and senate etc. And then install sleepy gas buttons in the homes of all Americans.  When 60% of the population hit the sleepy gas buttons the gas goes off in D.C.
