To me it seems like my packages have been taking longer to reach their destinations lately, and taking longer to get to me as well. Anyone else noticed this? Is it possible that things in some part of the country are a little backed up due to the recent hurricanes?

Very possible, but then maybe it is taking the postal thieves longer to purloin through packages too.

That thought had occured too me as well.

On a happy note, my shipments overseas have gone quickly: 5 days from California to Poland, and my packages to Latman100 arrived unscathed, despite having "coins" on the custom form. :)

Yeah. It is actually my domestic shipments that seem slower lately. I ordered a coin book which took forever to show up!! I was just getting ready to call the company when it finally showed up. Also, I've got trade going on with someone in Kentucky and it took my package forever to get there. I still haven't gotten his. Hopefully tomorrow.

Kurt, I got your package with the emerald and the Scout dollar in the mail on Saturday. :D I don't know how long that took, but it arrived at the same time as my package coming from Poland. :)

Tracy,
Great--that was quick! :) I shipped yours on Monday.
Within the US, I see the most delay shipping back east, neighboring states are usually a few days.

I have six packages headed for Australia. If they get there in 10 days or less, I'll be pleased.
:D :D :D :D

Hint hint, "stamped metal disks". ;D

Triple hint, 'used die stampings', not a word of a lie.
