Title: need help and my new ball marker

Got no idea what this is but will be my next ball marker for golf

Bangladesh 10 Poisha, 1975, Aluminum, F.A.O Series, KM# 7. In Unc is about 35 cents! ;D

One country I don't have yet.

And yes, it does make a nice ball marker.  :)
