This feline is featured on South Viet Nam 500 Dong, 1972, P-33a. A very colorful note I must say! :) :) :)

Ooooh! I have the Congo 20 Francs, 2003.  I have the Rhodesia $5 note too.

Very nice notes Elle! I will have to try and find those at the next big coin show. They will make great additions to my collection. MEOW!!! ;)

The Tanzania one was pretty inexpensive.  The Rhodesian note is, I think, the most valuable note I have in my small note collection, at around $40 if I remember properly.

They're all beautiful notes, and I particularly like the Vietnamese one for capturing the strength of the animal...nice kitty.  ;)

Making me want to get back to my note collection!

I found some photos of banknotes with lion. I think the banknote from Suid Africa is very nice.

-
				And one more :)

FYI the reverse of the current Reserve Bank of India 10 Rupee note has a tiger on it.  I had to buy a bunch of these cat notes for my sister awhile back.

Nice notes, Erik. Especially the FWA note. Thanks for sharing! :)
