The guy I work with on Sunday, bought this coin in today to show me.

KM#95 $1 from Bermuda. to commemorate the wreck of the Sea Venture.

Very cool coin! I love odd shaped coins (non-round). You have to appreciate that the Bermuda triangle has triangle coins.

I didn't know they made base metal coins, I knew they made overpriced gold coins.

Bermuda has a whole line of circulating coinage.  I've got some of it stashed away in my Caribbean box, somewhere.  I know I have a triangular coin, but I think it's the Cook Islands $2 one.  That's actually quite lovely and I think I shall have to put it on my want list, Steve! Thanks for sharing. :)

Isn't the Cook Islands coin one of those that has the... hanging anatomy of a male god?

We were in Burmuda a couple summers back as we were sailing on a cruise ship to Europe.

Beautiful place.  Most couldn't afford to live there.

Great coins.  I picked up quite a few during our stop there.
