Title: The Passing of a fine man and Numismatist.

For those of you who may also be WINS members, I was informed today of the passing of one of the kindest Numismatists I have been priviledged to know via these groups. Joe Garbarini has gone to his well deserved reward. Anyone who knew him, will remember him as a fine gentleman, who was most generous with all who knew him. I will miss him dearly. Rest in Peace, Joe.
