Title: Waiting on my new Dansco Australian 50c

Hey Guys,
I just ordered a Dansco 7338-2 50c album. I'm waiting on it's arrival and I was wondering if there will be slots for the 2006 Commomwealth series. I'd like to know if I should start searching for these.
Anyone know?

I have all the Aussie circulating coins in Dansco Albums.

All except one that is.

I have been waiting for some time for the $1 Album to arrive.  Hope it gets here soon.

I am not familar with this album nor Aussie coins and I'd like to know if these coins will be needed to fill in the album.

Hi Mila,
Firstly, welcome to the castle!

The Commonwealth Games 50 cent series were not circulation issues. There were available as individual carded coins at $4.95 each - or one could purchase the full set in one go in a special folder.

As for the Dansco Album - I don't actually have the 50 cent one, but as far as I know, non of the Aussie Dansco albums have been updated for quite a few years now. I do know the denominations which don't have comemmoratives go up to around 2015 (or thereabouts), but I think the 20c, 50c and $1 albums only go to around 2000. (with extra unmarked section for ongoing years). Hopefully someone else will be able to give you more exact dates.

i just bump a topic rusty had put on the forum it shows 50c coins in a dansco album it looks like it needed some updating.
